- Portal frame structure; Q235B welded H‑section steel columns; clear span 16 m, column spacing 6.0 m
- Design roof snow load: 2.9 kPa (including snow‑drift factor Cw); Z‑shaped cold‑formed continuous purlins spaced at 1.2 m on‑centre
- Envelope system: 75 mm rock‑wool sandwich panels for walls; 100 mm rock‑wool sandwich panels with anti‑condensation facing for roof

- Helical pile foundation: piles embedded 2.5 m deep to penetrate the frost layer and prevent frost heave
